Apolis Tea is us: Audrey Paule & Alex Page. We first met in Alaska 14 years ago, where both of us grew up. With our combined 20 years in the industry, we’ve learned a lot about tea. The history of tea is as much about innovation as it is about tradition. We are always looking for new ingredients that no one else works with (like goldenberry and cinnamon leaf) and get excited about producers who work with interesting cultivars and use biodynamic or organic farming techniques.
